Description
Plasma gas heater Plazmamax-Heat 35 is an electric arc heater generating a subsonic flow of hot air or another gas with the bulk temperature 2000 – 8000 K. This plasma heater has a wide range of uses: from plasma-chemical research experiments to furnace heating, including This plasma heater has a range of uses including high temperature heating of surfaces, syngas generation, waste treatment, high temperature tests, and treatment of steel industry by-products. Gas heating and partial ionization occur when the gas is sent through an electric arc stabilized between two cylindrical electrodes. Plazmamax-Heat 35 works on both direct and alternating electrical current. Regular tap water is used for cooling.
